Not quite right? You have 14 days to return or exchange — here's exactly how it works.
What can be returned
To keep things fair for everyone, items should be:
Unworn & tagged
In original condition, with all tags attached and no signs of wear or damage.
Original packaging
Returned in the packaging it arrived in, so it reaches us safely.
Within 14 days
Returned within 14 days of the date your order was delivered.
How to start your return

Get in touch
Message us on WhatsApp or email hello@gumus.eg to request a return or exchange.

We send your label
We'll reply with simple instructions and a return shipping label.

Pack it up
Repack securely in the original packaging and attach the label to the outside.

Drop or pickup
Leave it at a Bosta location, or arrange a pickup — whichever suits you.
Please note: the cost of return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
Refunds
Once your return reaches us, we'll process your refund within 5 business days, back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take a little longer to appear.
Exchanges
Want another size or style? Just follow the same steps. If your new piece costs more or less, we'll simply refund or charge the difference.

Who pays for return shipping?
Return shipping is covered by the customer. We'll provide the label and instructions to make it as easy as possible.
How long do refunds take?
We process refunds within 5 business days of receiving your return, to your original payment method. Your bank may take a little extra time to show it.
Can I exchange for a different style?
Absolutely. Start an exchange the same way you'd start a return, and we'll refund or charge any price difference.
What if my item arrived faulty?
We're so sorry — message us right away at hello@gumus.eg with a photo and your order number, and we'll make it right.
